Paul Elkin, D.D.S., serves as Eagle Dental Management's Chief Dental Officer. He has more than 25 years of dental experience including private practice and ownership and C-level positions, including Chief Dental Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for various dental groups and DSOs.

As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Elkin has dedicated much of his career to educating other dentists on best practices in areas of pediatric dentistry and he is a Team STEPPS (Strategies & Tools to Enhance Performance & Patient Safety) Master Trainer. Dr. Elkin earned his bachelor's from Binghamton University and his D.D.S. from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Dr. Elkin is a member of the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry: Diplomate, American Dental Association, Northeast Society of Pediatric Dentists, New York Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Medicaid-CHIP State Dental Association: Roundtable Member.
